Stig Marlon Weston

Stig Marlon Weston is a photographer and artist based in Oslo, Norway. After studying professional photography, he developed his artistic career while working with various clients, including magazines and commissioned projects. His work combines process-based and philosophical photography, using experimental techniques to connect the final image with a physical subject. Weston’s long-term projects explore the relationship between humans and the landscape, while his smaller series focus on playful themes. Currently, he is working on lumen prints and chemigrams inspired by the northern region of Norway. His work is part of the National Museum of Photography in Norway and has been exhibited internationally. Weston also teaches workshops on cameraless techniques and project development, and runs the CYAN community darkroom in Oslo.
